- For video and photo services, shooting dates and conditions are arranged individually with the client.
- Final products (videos, photos, designs) are delivered digitally (via online link, file, or physical media).
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- For digital services (filming, post-production, design), refunds are not possible once the service has been completed, except in cases of clear defects or non-performance under contract.
- For physical products (if any), standard return policies under Bulgarian law apply.
Intellectual Property:
- All works created for a client remain the property of the author unless a written agreement is made transferring ownership rights.

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit.
The website is provided “as is” without any guarantee of specific results.
All prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
