1. Services
- After an order/inquiry, we confirm the date and scope by email.
- След заснемане стандартните срокове са:
- Първичен монтаж/контакт лист: 3–5 работни дни
- Финален монтаж + цветови корекции: 7–10 работни дни (в зависимост от обема)
- Delivery: secure download link (cloud), WeTransfer, Google Drive, or physical media upon agreement.
2. Digital products
- Delivered via a secure download link sent to the client's email.
- Links remain active for 7–14 days; we can reactivate them upon request.
3. Physical products (if applicable)
- Courier: [Econt/Speedy/...]; delivery time 1–3 business days within Bulgaria.
- Fees according to the courier’s standard rates; a tracking number is sent by email.
4. Undelivered / delayed orders
