Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Services (filming, post-production, design)

  • Advance/deposit: When confirming a service order, an advance payment of [30–50%] is required..
  • Отказ/пренасрочване:
    • 72 ч. преди датата на заснемане: без неустойка / авансът се прехвърля за нова дата.
    • 24–72 ч. преди датата: удържаме 25% от аванса за резервирани ресурси.
    • <24 ч. / неявяване: авансът не се възстановява.
  • Service defects: In the case of objectively verifiable defects (missing agreed shots/files), we will perform corrections at our expense within a reasonable timeframe. A refund is only issued if correction is not possible.

2. Digital products/files (videos, photos, graphic files)

  • Due to the digital nature of the product, returns are not applicable once the final files have been delivered.
  • In case of a technical issue with a file or link, we will resend it or replace it with a working version.

3. Physical products (if applicable)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, in intact commercial condition.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defect or incorrectly delivered product.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection.

4. Procedure for requesting a refund/cancellation
